This man is just a pure genius. That’s all I can say. His book, “Sold In 21 Days” is probably the most brilliant idea for selling a home in a buyers market that I have ever seen.
It’s hard to review this without giving away the secret, because once you let the cat out of the bag, that’s it…it’s game over.
So let me try to at least give you a clue as to what the secret is for getting your house sold for the price YOU want EVEN in a buyers market.
It comes down to two things.
The first is the actual ad you place for your house. The standard ads don’t work in a buyers market. You know the ones I am talking about. Where you simply state what kind of house it is and how much it’s going for. Forget it. You might as well just throw your money out the window. You have to place a certain kind of ad and use a certain kind of strategy for pricing your house. I would have never thought of it, but this guy did and it’s pure genius.
The second thing is HOW you actually go about presenting your house to the public. This is another area where the standard way isn’t going to work. You have to think outside the box here and this guy does it in spades. Once you read the book (it’s not a long read) you will understand everything.
Is there some work involved? Yes, you can’t let your agent do it all for you. You have to take the bull by the horns yourself. But hey, it’s YOUR house and quite honestly, YOU want to sell it more than your realtor does. Why? Because he has plenty more houses to sell. Yours is just one of them.
